Each Scouting group must bring proof of their Adventure Application Form signed by their Group´s Group Commissioner.

Rangers are expected to follow their own policies regarding Registration.
Cabins
Cabins will not be provided by Snow Moot. Camp Nemo does have cabins on site, but Snow Moot has booked Confederation Lodge, Rover Chalet and St. Gils site for programing and staff accommodations. If groups would like to book a cabin, they have to do so on their own. To book you may use Scouts Canada’s Double Knot Booking System for Camp Nemo. The cabins are first come first serve and staff is not involved in the booking process. If you would like to split cabins with other groups, you are responsible for that, but we can put blasters out on our social media if you ask nicely!

Camping
​
Participating patrols have the option to overnight camp OUTSIDE ONLY. Camping will take place in one of our large open fields and a site will be assigned to you upon check-in Friday night at Confederation Lodge. Groups should come self-contained and be prepared for all types of weather. Firewood will be available for $2.00 for a milk crate or $5.00 for a wheelbarrow. Drinking/cooking water is available, but all washroom facilities are located outside in KYBOs. PLEASE indicate on form what nights the patrol is planning on overnight camping. Check – In will be at 7:00pm on Friday night, and Check out will be 9:30am on Sunday morning.
